Two more down, so I have seven Kinktober fics in the chamber, locked and loaded. Taken together, they total a bit over 26k words. Eek!

Next, I think I need to focus on the first week of October in order to give myself the gift of less pressure! Then I can spend the first part of October writing stuff to be published later in the month.

I haven't done this before, and it's a little outside my comfort zone, but it's a great chance to write small scenes, some of which have been in my mind for years now.

I just wish I had a little more in the way of community and encouragement. I asked around the different fanfic Discord servers I belong to, but no one on them is also doing Kinktober. I don't have a Twitter and I refuse to get one because of Elon Musk.

Where are the Kinktober people hanging out, I wonder??

So I don't know if this could be in any way helpful to you (and if not I apologise), but there's kinkhub. I'm not a member myself, but the community advertised on dw_comunity_promo not long ago. Maybe some people there are doing kinktober?
