Music Video from China - "Oh, Tianchi"

I saw this music video on April 11th, 1998, when I was working in China, and was amused by its close resemblance to a travel brochure. 

The English-language lyrics, as subtitled on my small T V screen, are as follows:

A lake of snow water in the sky
A piece of jadeite on the earth
Floating with clouds, oh, floating with clouds
Ice mountains are reflected on waves
Lake birds follow travellers' boats
Villas hide deep in the forest
Boys and girls get together, boys and girls get together

Tianchi is beautiful, Tianchi's scene is beautiful
It makes the visitors drunk
