Plotting out the rest of Live Wire

artemisdartI have two fics due in early February, and I haven't written a single word of either one, although at least I've thought about what I'm going to do in them... but not a word has made it onto the screen yet, except for my notes and research and outlines. Things are getting tight. I will need to gear up on them very, very soon.
Instead of working on them -- the things I should have been working on -- I spent this morning plotting out things to do in the rest of Live Wire, my poly Techiehitaka fic. I have 6 chapter written out of the original 15 I had planned... but now I think I'm going to spin it out and make it more like 22 chapters. UGH, why do I do this to myself! I'm barely going to get any more kudos from this; anyone who would kudos it already has.
Then again, if it's kudos I want, I could write something in a hot fandom and get a bunch very quickly.
Maybe I'll do that just for the engagement. It's shallow, but it works! Then I could have the "juice" to keep on working on works that only a few dozen people in the world will ever read, haha!
